All foreigners must have a valid passport, valid for at least 6 months, and a Visa to enter Lebanon. Nationals of many countries can obtain Business or Tourist Visas upon arrival at the Beirut Airport, or at any other Lebanese border passage. These Visas are free for nationals of select countries. Where a fee is payable, Visa stamps can be purchased at a wicket across from passport control at the Beirut Airport. Fees may be paid in cash either in US dollars or Lebanese pounds. A 15-days Visa costs $17 US (LL 25,000).

Citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates) can obtain a three-month Tourist Visa for free.
A one-month period valid Visa, renewable for up to three months, is granted at the airport to citizens of the following African countries arriving for the purpose of tourism: Nigeria, Ghana, and Ivory Coast.
